Background Information:

The client is a well-known textile company focusing on R&D, production and sale of waterproof, wear-resistant, tear resistant fabric, which is widely applied in tent, shoes, and luggage. As a material supplier of Xtep, ERKE, ANTA, the company has a daily high requirement on transportation of cylindrical materials.

The equipment used before is hand Pallet Truck. However, the weight of goods is often more than 1.5ton each unit entailing at least two people to move, which is often coming with low efficiency.

Solution:

To meet the special requirement of textile industry, our engineer designed an Electric Pallet Truck with 2tons load capacity, 2400mm fork length, 1060 mm outer width, 120 mm lifting height, 1000 mm diameter. The customized super long fork ensures the stability in the transportation of long cylindrical materials. With full electric control, just one person can complete the hard work before, and the labor cost has been reduced by 65%.
