High cost, low efficiency
After the completion of auto parts, the enterprise will put them on the pallet and send them to the designated location by forklift. Due to the particularity of the industry, the time and quantity of products out of the warehouse are uncertain, and the whole pallet of products will not be put into and out of the warehouse uniformly. Therefore, picking operations are often required in the warehouse out.
In the past, the process of warehouse in and warehouse out operation depended on the combination of traditional forward moving forklifts and picking trucks of foreign well-known brands. Low space efficiency
The aisle width required by the traditional forward forklift is about 3.2m, which takes up a lot of space of the warehouse. The number of shelves is limited and cannot reach a mass storage, which remains the cost of warehouse in a long-term high.
With the help of Zowell man-up VNA forklift, the aisle width is greatly shortened, and the original 3200mm aisle width can be reduced to about 1750mm. Under the condition that the plant area remains unchanged, multiple rows of shelves can be added on the original basis to meet the needs of enterprises to expand industrial output. At present, there are 26 shelves in the warehouse, and the space in the warehouse has been fully utilized. Compared with before, the storage capacity rate has increased by about 38%, which is equivalent to increasing from 1000 storage locations to 1350-1400 storage locations.
